How quickly will I receive a response to my inquiry?

We typically respond within 10-30 minutes during business hours (6 AM - 9 PM, Monday-Sunday). For urgent matters, we have an emergency line available 24/7.

Do you offer custom tour packages?

Yes! We specialize in creating personalized adventure experiences. Let us know your interests, group size, and travel dates, and we'll design the perfect Costa Rican adventure for you.

What information should I include in my message?

Please include your travel dates, number of people in your group, any specific interests (wildlife, beaches, adventure activities), and your budget range. This helps us provide the most accurate recommendations.

Do you provide transportation from my hotel?

Yes! We offer complimentary transportation from most major hotels in the Puntarenas, San Jose and Limon surrounding areas. For other locations, we can arrange transportation for an additional fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer full refunds for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, we provide a 50% refund. In case of bad weather, we'll reschedule your tour or provide a full refund.
